It was very good. I cut the recipe in half, and I added sauteed mushrooms and heavy cream. So easy. I will make again.

Very good. We doubled the recipe and they still wanted more. The family loved it! Thinking of adding some mushrooms next time. There will definitely be a next time.

Pretty good. Seems a little thick. Otherwise, it was a hit. I served it on toasted Hawaiian buns. Will probably put it on my "Occasional" list.

I have an old recipe that's similar. It adds a can of condensed golden mushroom soup. and maybe some finely chopped green bell pepper. The soup really ups the flavor.

Thought using only Velveta (however you spell it) cheese was too simple so I used Pepper Jack for spice and I belive provolone just for more cheese blend. It was amazing, and easy to make at short notice!

Made an experimental batch, added some smoked paprika and pepper flakes for a little zing. Worked out great!Expanding the ingredients now and these will be an item on my Kafetaria Menu in Bali. Thanks for the idea, appreciate it.

It was great! I modified it, timing everything by 1.5 except the slider buns, so I could get more on each slider
Dodie Payne 5 years ago
Honestly this turned out really good as a slider, but even better as a cheese dip!

Delicious! Added heavy whipping cream while melting the cheese so the final product wasn’t so thick. Definitely an easy to make dinner for everyone.
