While Anejo is a single type of tequila in recent years, it has branched into three subcategories: Anejo, extra Anejo and crystinalo Anejo. Ingredients:

  • 3 parts Anejo Tequila
  • 1 part Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Lemon Peel (optional)

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Anejo Tequila
  • 1 ounce coconut puree
