Very upset. I have been patronizing Ethos for years and grateful it’s so close because of the personal service and the kind attention they offered. I went to the new “green goods” and tried their “house brand” disposable vape cart. It stopped working after about three uses. I brought it up to let them know as soon as I could. So when I go in and show them a full cart of their house brand that won’t work. They seemed to be unsurprised and somewhat annoyed. They took a minute to check someone else in and Then they look up my purchase and without apology, tell me that because it was purchased 9 days ago -they can’t do anything! Huh? I wasn’t returning it because it wasn’t my preference - I am returning it because it is a defective product. But apparently their shoddy house brand merchandise is my problem because it broke 8 days after I bought it instead of 7, that’s ridiculous! You have lost a long time regular and several people I know who would rather drive the 2 miles to sweet spot in Olney where they have respect for their customers and stand behind their product.

I purchased a gram cart from them and it immediately had a leak and was completely clogged. It just wouldn’t work at all. Called about returning or replacing and was told by an employee there’s a small chance I might be able to get a discount but most likely not, and the item couldn’t be returned. Pretty messed up. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Great phone interaction with me to identify specifically the right product. They even further met my needs with free delivery, which was really close to me. Hope I am lucky enough to get the same person.

This is a spot that has traditionally been higher in price than other dispos. I've been going since they were Mission, then Ethos and no Good Greens seems to be even more determined to charge what are at this point unreasonable prices for both Med and Rec.Maybe it's their rent, probably they are counting on a rich neighborhood not comparison shopping. As long as you're in Rockville I would suggest Peake or Gleaf if you don't want to be gouged. Or wait for the next company to take over.

They don't really treat medical like we priority. They only have one discount flower day since switching to green good. I felt like recreational there needs to more flower deals there prominent area should take care of its quality customers.
